This
is a unique item that we just got in. It's a rectangular prism of glass
that has had a Pegasus etched internally! The way this is done is by
firing two lasers of different frequencies at right angles through the
glass. Where the beams meet, it makes a small bubble. Pretty cool, huh?
Anyway, it measures 3 x 2 x 2 inches and weighs 500 grams.

This
very cool paperweight has an internal carving of a Buddha that is created
by shining two beams of different color light through at right angles --
where the beams intersect, they vaporize the material (I think it's lucite
but feels like glass) and form a bubble -- ingenious! This
"cube" measures 3 x 2 x 2 inches and weighs 500 grams.

Moqui
Marbles are concretions of iron that have an outer shell of hematite with
a sandstone center (occasionally there are additional rings of hematite in
the center). Moqui marbles are also known as "moki" marbles,
Navaho cherries, or Indian marbles. Moqui marbles formed in the lower part
of the Navaho Sandstone formation in southern Utah and northern Arizona
which was laid down 190 million years ago at the very beginning of the
Jurassic era when the area was a huge sea. However, the exact mechanism of
their formation is still not known. This assortment weighs 140 grams with
the largest measuring an inch across.
